What is the purpose of Taprootz platform?
Taprootz Tech. Co. (herein referred to as “Taprootz”) intends to act as one-stop talent solution for supply chain professionals and organizations. Taprootz is an open platform for all its users who may avail its solutions/services by registering on the platform.
These terms & conditions are applicable to all its users (herein referred to as “You” or “Your”) who share some or all the information or who avail any of the services hosted on Taprootz’s platform.
1. For Jobseeekers
• As a registered user, you have the exclusive rights and responsibility to access your account on Taprootz. You should not share your login credentials with anyone for accessing solutions on Taprootz platform.
• Taprootz reserves the right to suspend or de-activate your account if it is found to be accessed by multiple users. This is applicable to services or solutions including e-learning, HAT, resume standardization etc.
• Taprootz doesn’t guarantee any placement or job switch to any user. Taprootz is an open platform where each user has equal chance of getting hired/recruited by employer depending on job requirement
• Taprootz doesn’t guarantee the authenticity of any job post, its validity, accuracy of information etc. Its responsibility lies with employers posting jobs on Taprootz’s platform. However, Taprootz ensures that each employer’s background check is done properly before they’re given access to the platform
• Taprootz doesn’t demand any money in exchange for job guarantee. Taprootz will not be held responsible if any jobseeker falls prey to fraudulent persons impersonating as Taprootz’s representatives giving guarantee about job and charging the user certain amount of money
• All solutions which are chargeable on Taprootz’s platform have been created in order to boost the chances of success for jobseekers; there is no guarantee that after utilizing these paid services, users will surely get the desired result
• By registering on Taprootz platform, you do not become employee or any representative of our platform
• Taprootz will not be held responsible for the accuracy of information posted by jobseekers. It is the responsibility of jobseekers to ensure that they update the information regularly and keep it correct to maximum possible extent.
2. For Employers
As a registered user, you have the exclusive rights and responsibility to access your account on Taprootz. You should not share your login credentials with anyone for accessing solutions on Taprootz platform.
• Taprootz reserves the right to suspend or de-activate your account if it is found to be accessed by multiple users. This is applicable to services or solutions including CV/resume database access, CV/resume database download, e-learning, HAT, resume standardization, profex etc.
• Taprootz doesn’t guarantee you a right-fit candidate all the time. Taprootz is an open platform where the candidate you wish to hire/recruit may have already been hired/recruited by other employers.
• Taprootz doesn’t guarantee the authenticity of any candidate profile, its validity, accuracy of information etc. Its responsibility lies with jobseekers updating their profile on Taprootz’s platform. However, Taprootz ensures that each jobseeker’s information is validate from time to time using background checks, system-generated checks, mobile number authenticity checks, email ID verifications etc. for them to have access to Taprootz’s platform
• All solutions which are chargeable on Taprootz’s platform including but not limited to right-fit candidate platform, profex, e-learning module etc. are subscribed to by the employer after their consent; Taprootz will not be held responsible if the desired results are not achieved in terms of finding the right-fit candidates, organizational performance is not improved after using profex or employees do not access the e-learning platform. With proper usage of the platform, users are expected to get desired results, but there is no guarantee from Taprootz’s side
• Taprootz will not be held responsible for the accuracy of information posted by employers. It is the responsibility of employers to ensure that they update the job post information, interviews’ mailers are sent properly after double checking and so on
• It is the responsibility of employers to ensure that 1 licence is being used by 1 employee only for solutions including but not limited to HAT, E-Learning, profex etc. If it is found out that 1 licence is being used by multiple users, then Taprootz reserves the right to suspend or deactivate all the services without any prior notice and any explanation
• It is the responsibility of employers not to post any malicious content, inaccurate information, lies related to job posts on Taprootz’s platform. If Taprootz finds out any such activity is being carried out on its platform, then Taprootz reserves the right to suspend or deactivate account without any prior notice and any explanation
3. For CXOs
• As a registered user, you have the exclusive rights and responsibility to access your account on Taprootz. You should not share your login credentials with anyone for accessing solutions on Taprootz platform.
• Taprootz reserves the right to suspend or de-activate your account if it is found to be accessed by multiple users. This is applicable to services or solutions including CXO interviews, Forum posts, CV/resume database access, CV/resume database download, e-learning, HAT, resume standardization, profex etc.
• Taprootz doesn’t guarantee the authenticity of any candidate profile, its validity, accuracy of information etc. Its responsibility lies with jobseekers updating their profile on Taprootz’s platform. However, Taprootz ensures that each jobseeker’s information is validate from time to time using background checks, system-generated checks, mobile number authenticity checks, email ID verifications etc. for them to have access to Taprootz’s platform

It is the responsibility of jobseekers, employers or forum users to ensure that they update their profiles, job post information, interviews’ mailers are sent properly after double checking and so on
• It is the responsibility of users to ensure that 1 licence is being used by unique user only for solutions including but not limited to HAT, E-Learning, profex etc. If it is found out that 1 licence is being used by multiple users, then Taprootz reserves the right to suspend or deactivate all the services without any prior notice and any explanation
• It is the responsibility of CXOs or employers not to post any malicious content, inaccurate information, lies related to job posts on Taprootz’s platform. If Taprootz finds out any such activity is being carried out on its platform, then Taprootz reserves the right to suspend or deactivate account without any prior notice and any explanation
4. Intellectual Property Rights & Trademark Infringement
In case Taprootz finds out that its intellectual property including but not limited to candidate information, employer information, CXOs information, HAT information, HAT algorithms, E-Learning module content etc. is being misused, copied or sold by its users without Taprootz’s consent, then Taprootz reserves the right to get the matter investigated and use the services of court of law to protect its platform.
Taprootz and its logo are registered trademark of Taprootz; it is therefore, advised not to use the same anywhere including but not limited to social media platforms, mailers etc. without the consent of Taprootz.
5. Termination of Services & Data Share/Transfer
Taprootz reserves the right to terminate any of the existing contracts or may cease to provide services to you in case you fail to comply with our privacy policy or terms & conditions.
You may also terminate this contract in case you wish to stop using our services. For the same, you will have to provide 1-month prior notice to us.
In case Taprootz shuts down its platform or stops providing services, or in case of M&A, collaboration with other platforms, Taprootz may share your information with its business partners.
6. Refunds Policy
For any of the services on Taprootz’s platform, no refund will be issued to its users.
7. Changes in Terms & Conditions
Taprootz may make changes to its terms & conditions from time to time basis. In such cases, all updates will be posted on Taprootz’s platform. Such information will be sent as notification to you from time to time basis.
