· Warehouse officer shall allow carting vehicle in according to the availability of space and arrange labours, tally clerks and dedicated surveyor. · Ensure that carting tallyclerks are tallying that number of boxes in the truck/containers and details in the shipping bill are matching. · Discrepancy of cargo need to be communicated to Customer. · Ensure that cargo need to be stacked as per guidelines given in documentation or mentioned on the cartons to avoid damages. · Ensure cargo segregation requests need to be executed with SLA. · Physical cargo inventory needs to be scheduled and cross verified with the systems. · Monitoring of operation equipment utilization and asset health checks. · Ensure checking of Customs LEO while receiving container load plan. · Proper deployment of manpower in warehouse. · Ensure proper cargo stacking by the labor in the container. · After the stuffing is over, preparing of Customs Container Load Plan (CLP) which is signed dually by the surveyor and warehouse Supervisor. · Ensure affixing of Customs seal on the container. · In case of overflow cargo in the container consolidator/CHA/shipper must be informed accordingly. · Maintain record of attendance of manpower i.e. FLT Operators, Warehouse truck drivers, Labor, Tally clerks/Surveyors, System Operators. · Preparing MIS reports for management. · Close coordination with Vendors and key stack holders. · Ensuring successful Customer visits of warehouse. · Coordination with Housekeeping for proper housekeeping. · Ensure wearing of proper PPE while warehouse operation.
