1.To develop freight forwarding business in the assigned territory, in accordance with corporate objectives (i.e. revenue & profit targets, product growth initiatives, etc.). 2.To keep a tab on market competition & explore opportunity for new service offering. 3.To identify new potential freight forwarding business clients and finalize the business. 4.Performs regular (daily) visits to qualified prospects and customers, in accordance with Managements directives, to drive the business and grow the company & revenue, market share and profitability. 5.Builds relationships at all levels and represents the company in a professional manner, including making presentations. 6.Achieves the annual growth targets (revenue, profit, volume) as defined in the sales planner. 7.Must be capable of closing business independently, although management team / corporate support is readily available.
