Cluster Head will be responsible for onboarding and retention of Transporters and network partners in the Hub and corresponding Spoke locations. Key ownership areas include but is not limited to the following: ? Help lay the foundation for product launch by: - Building pre-qualified list of transporters in the region - Proposing insightful recommendation for state/region specific launch approach based on the extensive data collection and analysis exercise ? Effectively mentor and manage team of - BRM - Fleets to source and build a strong supply/transporter pipeline - BRM – Affiliates/Network partners to source and build a strong affiliate network ? Build strong foundation and transporter base (referenceable clients) that can be leveraged to further expand and quickly penetrate into the local market Key Responsibility Areas ? Business Development & Revenue Generation - Planning and achieving Hub/Location specific business and revenue target in-terms of transporter/broker/network partner sign-ups for services and subscriptions - Ensuring area specific field team meets the sales/platform registration targets ? Account Management - Leading and managing all aspects of key accounts (Medium/Large Fleet operators) from lead generation, meeting and qualifying leads (potential clients) as part of sales process - Leading the revenue maximization efforts through upsell and cross sell - Responsible for assessing, clarifying and validating customer needs on a regular basis - Responsible for outstanding customer experience in terms of seamless on-boarding, efficient processes & systems and hi-quality services - Responsible for customer retention through customised/new/value added services - Conducting Proof of Concept and pilots for potential clients and hand-holding during the pilot run ? People Management - Team management and organization building to drive high performance - Work with stakeholders to plan and build organization structure needed to serve the customer in line with brand promise and vision-mission for the business. ? ServiceMandi Channel Management: - Expand ServiceMandi TA & Other Affiliate network. - Develop channel to support Service Products. - Execute various activities through BRM to improve Channel Loyalty. - Execute various skill upgradation activities through BRM for the Channel. ?
