• Taking care of their Team. -Taking care of training for new candidates. - Data distribution for calling purpose to all team. - Take daily basis reporting to all candidates. - Organizing weekly session for training & weekly outcome for sales. • Working on enquiries - Take rates from pricing division. - Quote charges to clients as per their requirements • Chasing the clients to get nomination from Consignee. - Set reminder calls to follow-up with them. - Try to get appointment from Consignee & arrange meeting to send our Marketing Manager’s to know exact their requirements • After got nomination from Consignee - Make sure that Consignee getting regular status updating of their shipments until their shipment get closed. Take feedback from customers after shipment get closed & provision for future business
