We are looking for a smart and dynamic individual who has good verbal and written communication. With a minimum of 4-8 years of Freight forwarding sales and business development experience. He should have good exposure to all aspects of the freight forwarding business Desired Profile Ā· The Executive should have hands on Freight forwarding sales experience. Ā· Knowledge of ocean / air import and export Ā· He should self-starter and individual contributor Ā· Good verbal and written communication skills Responsibilities Ā· Generate leads and onboard new customers preferably direct shippers/manufacturers/Traders Ā· Generate revenue by procuring new customers through prospecting and face- to- face meetings. Ā· Achieve set revenue and volume targets Ā· Maintain CRM and meeting records Ā· Share Daily sales report with management Ā· Managing existing accounts, by visiting regularly to existing customers. Explore more business opportunities with them. Ā· Increase revenue by maximizing profits through price strategies & margin control. Ā· Responsible for collection of timely payments from clients. Ā· Responsible for understanding pricing and cost components associated with proposed solutions
