1.Business Development & Revenue Generation Strategizing and achieving region specific business and revenue target in-terms of supplier/shipper/broker sign-ups for services and subscriptions Ensuring all Cluster teams meet the sales/platform registration targets Farming existing AL/HLF relationships and hunting new strategic customers for business Ensuring team meets the sales and deal closures targets Supporting product development through identification of new business/revenue generation opportunities. 2.Account Management Leading and managing all aspects of strategic/flagship (Large/Institutional) accounts from lead generation, meeting and qualifying leads (potential clients) as part of sales process Leading the revenue maximization efforts through upsell and cross sell for all strategic/flagship accounts 3.Transporter, Broker, Shipper, Network Partner/Affiliate Retention Responsible for assessing, clarifying and validating needs of strategic/flagship accounts on a regular basis Responsible for outstanding experience in terms of seamless on-boarding, efficient processes & systems and hi-quality services Responsible for customer retention through customised/new/value added services Conducting Proof of Concept and pilots for potential clients and hand-holding during the pilot run 4.Operations and Service Excellence Ensure consistent and seamless operational execution based on per-defined framework (Operational Governance) across the region Ensure operational workflows are well defined and strict adherence to operational SLAs, Metrics, SOPs Ensure Supplier engagement approach (functional, behavioural, Technical) is consistently deployed across all supplier types and in all locations on a periodic basis 5.Marketing Keeping track of market developments, competitors and feed into business intelligence for targeted marketing efforts to sustain business goals Working with marketing team in developing and executing marketing campaigns 6.People Management Team Management and Organization Building to drive high performance Work with stakeholders to plan and build organization structure needed to serve the customer in line with brand promise and vision-mission for the business
