- Job Summary The Supply Chain Manager coordinates, organizes, and oversees all activities involved in the identification, acquisition, production, and distribution of the company goods. - Key Accountabilities 1. Define inventory strategy and segmentation, incorporating other relevant strategies. 2. Prepare the supply and inventory planning inputs for capacity scenarios and recommendations. 3. Review and publish supply and inventory planning metrics targets. 4. Conduct performance management, talent development, succession planning and engagement. 5. Other duties as assigned 6. Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team. - Required Skills/Abilities: 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. 3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Thorough understanding of company products and logistics. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. - Education and Experience: 1. Bachelors degree in Business or related field required; Masters degree preferred. 2. Three years of experience as a supervisor, manager, or similar relevant position required. 3.
