MEANING FULL WORK FROM DAY ONE: 1. Interaction with internal customers, corporate customer service to work on Order processing, maintain stock levels, manage concerns on customer ordering issues. 2. Build sustainable relationship with customer accounts through open and interactive communications. 3. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the limits, follow up to ensure resolution. 4. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. 5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. 6. Overlook the delivery process for the distributors and the warehouses. 7. Ensure regular Transaction Reconciliation that includes GRN preparation and proper material allocation to jobs conducted by 3PL. 8. Coordinates the order flow of all domestic and international shipments. 9. Oversees the staging, scheduling, and documentation of all imported and domestically exported goods. 10. Develops strong lines of communication with third party logistics provider. 11. Purchasing acumen to manage the local purchase and sourcing. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: 1.
