Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments. 5. Liaising with suppliers and necessary teams on all documentation required for clearing of shipments 6. Conduct Market Analysis of new and existing markets 7. In Charge of sales Reports and Stock Analysis 8. Maintain a close working relationship with Key Clients 9. In Charge of Sales Forecast and Follow-up 5calls 10. Negotiation Excellence(Best Price and Terms) 11. Ensure Complete Deliveries on Time, every time Lead and manage the export Business by planning and implementing strategies and initiatives to ensure continuous improvement - Desired Candidate Profile 1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in logistics, supply chain, operation or similar field 2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills; sound business judgment; ability to appropriately involve others in consultations and decisions. 4. Excellent writing skills required to write and edit policies and procedures, reports, and memorandums. 5. Strong relationship building, networking, interpersonal and communication skills. 6. High degree of initiative, credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust. 7. Ability to quickly earn the respect of senior management to be credible and effective in this complex and constantly developing environment.
