- Job Description: 1. Execute Consulting assignments individually or as a part of team. 2. Work with clients to understand business requirements related to Supply Chain 3. Work independently in client facing situation as well as be a part of the larger project teams in the design, development and implementation of new and improved business process 4. Collect and analyze data relating to supply chain operations, setup and evaluate performance measurement KPIs and benchmarking processes 5. Provide analysis and design support operational implementations and re - engineering 6. Leverage best practices and existing operation standards to create client - specific business solutions for logistics and supply Chain improvements 7. Clearly outline solutions in appropriate formats for presentation to the clients. 8. Participate in business proposals creation for clients, outline the roadmap for solution design and present it to the clients 9. Create white papers and conduct sessions on emerging trends in supply chain for the team - Primary Skill: 1. Expertise in Supply Chain Management with particular focus on industry such as Manufacturing, FMCG, Automobile, Life Science 2. Experience in Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Sourcing, Procurement, Network Optimization, Reverse Logistics, Sustainable Supply Chain, Warehouse and Logistics - Secondary Skills 1. Basic Understanding of SAP, Power BI, Python, Data Analytics 2. Strong analytics skills. Experience in creating Reports / Dashboards. 3. Must have advanced skillset in Ms. Visio, MS Power Point, MS Excels, MS Word. 4. Certifications (Not Mandatory): Scrum Master
