• Making face-to-face or Virtual calls and closing deals. • Utilizes specific industry knowledge to diagnose supply chain needs. • Presents tailored recommendations that address the customer's unique issues and goals. • Sells multiple CHR service offerings. • Working Closely with Product, Vertical heads and Trade lane managers to develop solutions. • Work diligently on the in house CRM for creating visibility of sales activities and to follow the sales process. • Makes recommendations to management for forecasting, business planning and strategy for their pipeline while ensuring office alignment. • Coordinates resources and collaborates throughout CHR's network to sell multiple products, modes and services to meet the customer's needs. • Consults with several levels of decision makers and buying influences to understand the customer's business challenges and supply chain goals to develop tailored solutions that deliver value and support the customer's business strategy. • Stays engaged with the customer during implementation to maintain the relationship and ensure the ongoing success and sustainability of the account. • Works with teams to develop the customer SOP and handover customers to Account management team.
