Business Development & Revenue Generation - Planning and achieving location specific business and revenue target in-terms of supplier sign-ups for services and subscriptions - Ensuring area sales/platform registration targets are met - Ensuring sourcing targets are met and there is an active pipeline of pre-verified transporters across all segments that can be tapped for adhoc market needs - Leading and managing all aspects of key transporter accounts from lead generation, meeting and qualifying leads (potential clients) as part of the sourcing process ? Account Management - Leading the revenue maximization efforts through upsell and cross sell . - Endhan GMV - Market Place products - Telematics solutions - All other products. - ? Transporter Retention - Responsible for assessing, clarifying & validating transporter needs on a regular basis - Responsible for outstanding experience in terms of seamless on-boarding, efficient processes & systems and hi-quality services - Responsible for transporter retention through customised/new/value added services. ? ServiceMandi Channel Management: - Responsible for Upkeep of existing service Network. - Expand ServiceMandi TA & Other Affiliate network. - Execute various activities to improve Channel Loyalty. - Regular visits as per planned scheduled to TAs - Attend to breakdowns and ensure deputation of Tas within the stipulated TAT.
