1. Co-ordinating with transporters to complete the shipment pick ups and deliveries. 2. Maintaining the required data to assess the transporters performance. 3. Handling various Logistics partners who will be aligned to complete the shipment delivery that will be picked up from our origin to the destination stores location. 4. Liaising with the transporter to ensure timely pick ups and deliveries is done. 5. Addressing post delivery issues that may be highlighted in case of a shipment/product is delivered in unsaleable condition. 6. Addressing Pick up related issues (reverse pick ups). Required (Must Have) skills: 1. Must have experience in handling daily operational and Transactional issues related to cargo movements. 2. Should be aware of Marine Insurance claims process and prerequisite. 3. Knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory. 4. Must be have good communication skill and need to be proactive. 5. Solution oriented and quick thinking ability. 6. Co-ordinating with various Logistics Service providers to arrange pick ups and address claims and other transit movement related issues.
