- Full Job Description - Site In charge Description: Site In charge is the person who is responsible for the facilitating, monitoring, controlling & assuring all department functions with 100% accuracy & time bound manner, that result in desired work progress with all required formalities & documentations that produce revenue for the company; and identifying / getting new work requirements / leads from the client & forwarding it to key account manager. - Responsibility & Deliverables: 1. Getting Sprint Goal from RBH/Key account manager & getting clarity for the same. · Get Project meet document & Understand Sprint Project Goal: (Doc No - ) - Value to customer - Material resources - Manpower resources - Total Budget - Prepare Project Material Management Sheet > Take Approval of KAM/RBH (Doc No - ) - Prepare Project Manpower Management Sheet > Take Approval of KAM/RBH (Doc No - ) 2. Plan resources for the project as per Project meet & Provide approved Project Charter to all Stakeholders. - Material requisition form (Doc No - ) To Store Keeper - Get time confirmation for material - Follow up for the timely material delivery (Timely getting material is your responsibility) - Manpower requisition form (Doc No - ) To HR Executive - Get time confirmation for manpower - Follow up for the timely material delivery (Timely getting material is your responsibility) - On the basis of resource planning, prepare project charter, take approval of RBH/KAM and share with client, Executives, RBH, KAM and HO. 3. Prepare Gantt chart / work-task plan in time bound way for total project work & make team follow the same. (Monitoring, controlling, facilitating & assuring) - As per offering Procedure + supportive procedure pool and their standard tasks, prepare Gantt chart to facilitating, monitoring, controlling & assuring task performance as per requirement of project. - Take approval for the same. - No deviation and delayed should be “accepted by your end” as per submitted Gannt chart. 4. Develop, Run & monitor Operation, Store, Quality & HR function at site as per company’s process & systems - Set up 4 functions at every site before starting production work. Provide proper induction to all the team member for every site. 4. Functions are: - Operation - QC - Inventory - HR - Provide proper feedback to every stack holder professionally. - Set up & implement proper rules & regulations for smooth workings. - Do multi-level planning & execute them. - Provide proper reporting of every functions accurately. 5. Budget monitoring - Material & Manpower budget should be monitored against work progress. (Material requisition form Doc No -, men power requisition form Doc No -) - Plan & Execute Actions for controlling budget - Create incentive plans and motivate team to achieve incentive within the provided budget against targets in project meet - Provide final report on budget consumption. (Doc No-) 6. NA 7. Perform tasks for fulfilling responsibilities & deliverables of all the designation come under SI in absence of that designation. - SI need to know and/or have experience of all department comes under his designation for performing tasks. 8. Take responsibility of performance of all the designation that come under SI. (Daily operational Performance Review meet) - All designations that come under SI must be continuously motivated for getting work as per planning & timeline. - Skill & Knowledge improvement of team – Produce Eligible candidates according to our work requirement - If you will internally accept, delay or deviation in planning, it will be 100% delayed or deviated. 9. Responsiveness to assigned tasks & work – Always provide progress reports of all assigned tasks & work on a daily basis.
