Handling operation as well as customer service for import movement Should have Knowledge of Sea movement Providing end-end service to customer Coordinating with Overseas agent for pricing and planning of shipment Maintaining contacts with customers, transporters, agents and customs Solving of queries, reporting to responsible person Track and trace of all Import files and report the status/updates internally and to the customers Ensure that customers freight are delivered on timely base Ensure documents are timely sent to customer or broker for customs purposes. To be interactive and proactive with our customers regarding arranging their freight/shipments by meeting their requirements and service standards.
