And that means eliminating everything that stands in the way - chemicals, additives, long supply chains, large tracts of farmland, and warehouses that burn resources and energy. - Job Summary: We are looking for an effective Warehouse Manager to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly. - Duties/Responsibilities: 1. Lead strategy, network expansion and execution of storage, material handling, receiving, and shipping operations across manufacturing and warehouse facilities. 2. Create the department's structure while building and overseeing KPI's, process improvement and network optimization. 3. Develop and lead safe practices for handling, shipping and receiving all materials including hazardous materials. 4. Develop and implement strategies for maintaining optimum inventory levels for all raw material, sub-assembly and finished goods across the network. 5. Responsible for overall inventory control including process, data systems and reporting. 6. Work with Program Management and New Product Introduction (NPI) teams in supporting the development and launch of new products. 7. Responsible for the layout, equipment and process optimization at sites, specific to material management. Responsible for personnel hiring, development and meeting performance expectations. 8. Effectively work across functions in leading and supporting daily execution and implementing new initiatives within the organization. 9. Lead monthly forecasting and reporting. Track and report performance metrics and KPIs. 10. Evolve and maintain standard operating procedures for processes and systems. Provide recommendations for operational improvements. 11. Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion. - Basic Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or related field. 2. 5+ years of experience in Materials Management, Warehouse, Manufacturing or Supply Chain operations positions with management responsibility. 3. Experience in Inventory Management and Inventory Control. 4. Extensive knowledge of ERP/MRP Systems or equivalent. Ability to work in an ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities. 5. Proven leadership skills with written and verbal communication skills to work internally and externally at all levels of management and with peers. 6. Microsoft Office skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel. - Preferred Qualifications: 1. MBA and/or Advanced Degree. 2. Extensive experience on new product introduction (NPI) teams. 3. Experience working with SQL and Tableau analytics. 4. Experience in Transportation and Logistics. 5.
