Job Responsibilities: 1.Acquisition of new customers for Export, Import, Freight and signing the contract 2.Maintenance and development of existing customer business like cross sell, UP sell of existing customers. 3.Managing and developing the existing territories. 4.Implement business development plans within the territory. 5.Plan and sell products in order to implement the sales plan 6.To assist with the identification of all accounts to be focused on within the territory that will contribute to the achievement of the revenue and profit budget. 7.Identify suspects for international business within the territory and convert them to prospects 8.Identify new business opportunities/ segments within the territory 9.Responsible for increasing the sales in the assigned territory 10.To analyze about the competitors strategy in the market and plan accordingly 11.Implement revenue quality initiatives in order to execute the revenue quality plans. 12.Implement margin improvement initiatives in order to ensure higher returns
